What we collect, and why
Analytics
If we use analytics, it's cookieless and aggregate — page counts, not individual behaviour. We run no advertising or tracking scripts.
Contact form
The Courses and Hire us contact sections use a Google Form. Submissions (name, email, what you're interested in, and your message) are stored in Google's ecosystem and land in the founders' inbox / a linked sheet, subject to Google's own privacy terms.
Live OCR demo
The demo on the Hire us page runs on Hugging Face and opens in a new tab. You sign in with a Hugging Face account, and the image you upload is sent to Hugging Face's servers for processing, subject to their privacy terms. We record your Hugging Face username and how many documents you ran that day, to enforce the daily limit. We don't keep your upload or its result; they sit in temporary storage on Hugging Face until the demo restarts. Don't upload documents containing sensitive personal data.
Certificate verification
The /verify lookup shows only what's printed on a certificate — student name, program, instructor, and issue month/year — gated behind an opaque code that isn't guessable from a name or date. We don't store or expose email, age, date of birth, phone number, review content or payment status there.
Minors
Where a learner is under 18, a parent completes enrollment, payment and consent. We don't run behavioural profiling on any visitor.
